What is Vially?
Vially is a privacy-first health tracking app designed specifically for people taking GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Zepbound. It helps you log injections, track weight and body measurements, monitor side effects, and understand your health data — all without creating an account, and your health records stay on your device except what you explicitly share — like the optional Coach questions and summaries you approve.
Which GLP-1 medications does Vially support?
Vially supports all major GLP-1 medications including semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza), and dulaglutide (Trulicity). You can also add custom peptide protocols.
Is my health data private?
Vially stores health records locally and does not operate a health-record database. AI Lab Scanner uploads a complete report only after explicit per-report consent; Vially relays it to paid Google Gemini without retaining it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Does Vially work with Apple Health?
Yes. Vially integrates with Apple Health to sync weight data. You can read weight entries from Apple Health and write your logged measurements back. This sync happens entirely on your device.
How does the injection reminder system work?
When you set up a medication protocol, Vially creates local notifications to remind you when your next dose is due. Reminders are based on your dosing schedule (weekly, daily, or custom) and are processed entirely on-device — no server needed.
What is the peptide calculator?
The peptide calculator helps you reconstitute peptides and calculate accurate doses. Enter the peptide amount, bacteriostatic water volume, and desired dose, and it calculates the exact syringe units. It supports mcg and mg units with instant conversion.
Can Vially scan my lab results?
On supported iPhones, AI Lab Scanner protects captured photos or PDFs on device, then sends the complete report to paid Google Gemini only after you tap Accept & Extract. You review every result before it is saved.
Is Vially free?
Vially is free to download and use. Core features like dose tracking, weight logging, and reminders remain available. Vially Pro unlocks advanced analytics, reports, and additional customization options.
What does Vially Pro include?
Vially Pro includes advanced biomarker tracking with trend analysis, detailed progress analytics, body measurement tracking, enhanced side effect logging, reports, and priority support.
Can I track multiple medications at once?
Yes. Vially supports multiple concurrent protocols. You can track an injectable GLP-1 alongside oral medications, supplements, or other peptides. Each protocol has its own schedule, dosing, and reminders.
How do I back up my data?
Vially's in-app iCloud Sync feature is unavailable in this release. Use Vially's explicit export tools to keep a copy you control. Standard iOS device backup behavior depends on your Apple backup settings.
Is Vially a medical app?
Vially is a personal health tracking tool, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider for medical decisions about your GLP-1 medication.
Does Vially work on Android?
Vially is currently available for iOS with Android support coming soon. Sign up for updates to be notified when the Android version launches.
